The Women’s Supportive Services Program offers women living with HIV/AIDS supportive individual counseling that allows the women to address everyday issues/stressors, living with HIV/AIDS, self-esteem, and family dynamics while providing the women the tools to identify and utilize positive coping mechanisms in their lives.
The Women’s Supportive Services Program also offers supportive family counseling, support groups, crisis intervention services and counseling, advocacy work, structured community activities, and overall support and empowerment. The Women’s Supportive Services Program works diligently to provide HIV positive women with a positive holistic environment, and a supportive relationship that is conducive to their overall physical, mental, and spiritual health.
